Bidz.com charged me for a nondelivered canceled order and than spun me again and again in emails, Yelled at me on the phone and finally gave me 1/3 of the refund, still claiming something else completely vague to every reply. Mean, dishonest, crooks, and Paypal refused me a claim - told me to do one thing in a email and when I did than said sorry mam wrong... Your claim is denied because of just what they told me to do... This has been going on almost 2 months. Both Bidz.com and Paypal have a system of answering my emails as if they are answering some other problem that does not even address the one at hand. They know how to put someone through a emotional rollercoaster. Its like talking and writing to a socialopathic machine.
