I bought a Zoombak locator for the child in Dec. 2008.in October we'd warranty issues. I delivered it based on their directions. Lastly obtained a brand new device about 30 days later and named to possess it triggered. Once triggered it had been good. The I began acquiring emails about owing funds. Our unique 1-year agreement was to get been because of restore on December 16. I began getting updates in December that I owed for 30 days cost - $14.99. A notice for November that I owed another $14.99. Every time I obtained a notice I named to confirm that which was happening - they assured me that it'd all been looked after along with a credit could be released to my card. Today in January I discover that my card had terminated with no one actually stated that in my experience. I joined my new termination day within their site and named and informed them to bill me for just one-year support again. After I got my charge card record they'd charged for another year... PLUS 8 weeks along with a $2.00 late charge. I named on Friday, Feb. 5 to determine that which was happening. Was informed that once it's billed they CAn't problem any breaks. I requested to talk to a boss. He arrived on and explained that I'd to cover the two weeks and also the additional $2.00 due to the period I applied the unit and was not on the annual strategy and they could not statement my charge card.
