I bought a Zoombak monitoring system in 2009 and registered online for that following support for just one year. It was $120 overall. I acquired a call-in April informing me I owe Zoombak since they're getting me for period after my twelve months signup period ended. Their customer support is bad. They waited for weeks—until my statement gathered within their benefit—to contact me. Their item might be helpful but their deceptive business design preys on simple people that are those helping them.
