We'd Cox Communications deploy telephone, wire, and web on December 1st. Ever since then we'd constant issues with our online sites being interrupted and we actually dropped our telephone support for just two times aswell. I invested lots of time-on the telephone with Cox Communications attempting to troubleshoot the issues we held having using the web.in middle-Dec, after paying hrs about the telephone with Cox Communications and LinkSys attempting to repair the problem with this modem I had been ultimately informed with a Cox Communications client service representative they might send a specialist to repair our online sites. Whenever we obtained our statement there is a 100.00 cost for that specialist being released in middle-Dec. I had been not informed there will be a cost to correct our online sites/modem issue after I talked towards the client service representative who planned the specialist in the future out or at any stage once the specialist was below. (We extended to possess disturbances in online sites following the specialist "set" the problem using the modem.) I named Cox Communications and lastly talked having a boss who ultimately eliminated the 100.00 cost. We were therefore frustrated using the issues we were having that people approached additional web providers to possess our support changed around but unfortunately the first we could contain it changed was the 2nd week in Jan (I work at home and depend on the web for my work and, sadly, could not stop support with Cox Communications until another online sites have been fitted).

In January we terminated our providers with Cox Communications efficient January 9th which day we were changing to a different web/telephone/wire support. The reaction from Cox Communications mentioned that people were billed the 100.00 to get a specialist in the future out in middle-Dec to set up web on the new notebook (that was false) and also the notice managed to get seem like they'd performed us an enormous benefit by eliminating the cost. Their notice continued to convey our providers have been disconnected efficient January 9th but our telephone support was disconnected on January 23rd (we'd A BRAND NEW telephone support mounted efficient January 9th along side fresh internet and cable support with another supplier so when I named Cox Communications to stop our providers together I terminated our providers – internet, wire, AND telephone – efficient January 9th and wasn't informed after I terminated our providers our telephone support could be disconnected on the unique day).

Recently we received our ultimate statement from Cox Communications. The bill states that people owe 124.00. I named to discover precisely what we owed 124.00 for because we just had support from January 1st through January 9th and also the itemized costs about the statement do not complement towards the quantity they express we owe. I had been informed there is a prior stability. A prior stability? We settled our December bill. I had been informed there is a fee for this, another cost was deducted, there is a fee for another thing, anything else was deducted, blah blah blah. None of it made any sense. Then I had been informed we were being billed for that outstanding balance due about the modem and adapter. I asked why. I used to be informed that people owed since we'dnot terminated service within 30 days of initiating our support, that people would not have owed something more about the modem and adapter and may have delivered them if we'd terminated within thirty days. I had been never informed – not whenever we named to routine to possess telephone/internet/wire service-connected or after I named to stop our providers with Cox - that people would need to purchase the modem and adapter if we terminated our providers after thirty days. Therefore today we owe to get a modem and adapter that people are not utilizing plus they wont let's return them. And, additionally, we owe roughly $70.00 for 9 times of service?!?!?!?!?
