In December I shifted right into a new house. I'd been a faithful Comcast Cable customer. But, at my new house, wire wasn't available. We went with Dish Network. Anything was good for that first six months.in June my payment had increased $30. I named to ask why the escalation in the statement. Dish Network stated that I'd included extra devices to my bill. I'd not requested any extra devices and hadn't triggered something new-to my bill. They apologized and stated that they mightnot credit my consideration cash for that extra costs for the devices, but that I could have free Showtime. I told them that used to donot need ShowTime, I needed the over-charges removed of my statement! Lastly, they decided to credit my bill.in July, I'd breaks however the statement was still displaying the extra devices. They'd me as having 7 devices. I've a-3 bedroom home, each having a television along with a recipient and 1 recipient within the family room. Every month my statement stayed in the $95.00 it was in July, rather than the $67.00 it'd been. Lastly, I decided I'd end my support at the conclusion of my year agreement in December. I named twice to possess support disconnected. About the next phone I had been informed that I'd be billed an earlier termination charge for lacking support for 12 months. I had been informed that my support started in July of once the extra devices were put into my bill. I requested to talk to a boss. After being on-hold 2o minutes, a was used in a boss. I discussed my entire story again. He explained the records within the pc established my tale and prior grievances. But, I still needed to spend the charge. He questioned me who Jeffery Holmes was. I mentioned I actually donot understand a J.H. And generally called me a liar. He explained that I should have purchased the extra devices from J.H. And triggered them to my account! I mentioned I didnot trigger something to my consideration, Dish Network did!!! He explained that my consideration was associated with J.H. Is consideration which his consideration was today in selections. I requested to talk to THEIR boss. He explained that I really could but he'd inform me the same-that I'd need to spend the first termination charge. He also stated that easily had a, I ought to deliver it in in writing. This boss was called "Tyler" by having an identification 100149288. After placing me on-hold for 45 units, he explained he was moving me towards the boss and that I was suddenly disconnected!!! I had been mad. I contact again, achieving still another call-center in various condition. I quickly asked to get a boss. I get "Bethany" identification 100272549. I experienced my account again. She established my tale with records within the pc and stated that she'd move my consideration towards the "escalations division" and that I might get a call-in 2-3 business days. She also guaranteed that she'd individually provide a call-back about the next time. The 3rd evening arrived with no phone!!! I called back today, to still another call-center and condition and was informed that it'd get 7-10 times for somebody in the escalations department. To obtain touching me!!! The first termination charge is $62.00. I've $62.00 and may quickly spend the statement. But, it is OUR $62.00 and that Iam not spending money on their error!!! Personally I think that I'm continuously obtaining a run-around. I've gotten bad customer support for more than 6 weeks! Beware and avoid dish network!!! Like a part note, they've delivered me containers to come back my devices. It's humorous they just delivered 4 containers (for my unique and only devices) though they keep insisting that I've extra receivers owned by Jeffrey Holems.
