I understand that bad things can happen and buses can break down, but I have no patience for almost 4 hours on an interstate in a disabled bus in the summer heat. I also have no patience when there seemed to be no urgency or concern for the welfare of elderly passengers and children. It was becoming dangerously hot for all on the bus, but especially the more vulnerable due to age. I rank this company low on customer service and organization. The trip started late due to a lost bus driver, who then got lost again during driver change and ended even worse. We should have been home by 10pm, but won't be home until after 4am
