This company lies to get customers, yes they offer no contract phones, ad that is the only thing that is true, i purchased the samsung finesse.
, the corporate office manager, stated that i had all these extras, lots of free games apps galore, Liar, sure if you can find them they cost so much it's all a lie,
my back-up app that was free with phone worked once, and it has been non stop crap try this i heard 6 times and up load this nothing works,
Also there call center staff are so rude and have no clue what they are doing. Trying to explain that my e-mail on my phone was not working correctly. Their first statement was, well that it is impossible for me to get my yahoo mail, because they don't offer it.
Really, i said its on my phone as we speak, that took three attempts and i hour later for her to believe me and ask a supervisor, and then she told me i don't need the back-up program on my phone, because the corporate office has it REALLY i shouted, to date it is still not working,
they over charged me onm my bill for services i did not ask for, When i purchased the phone the sale man who signed me up, Who has a name tag that says his name is alex and tels people that, is actually his is Pasquale, i only know this because the manager could not get his attention when calling him alex so he knew i did not speak spanish or so he thought, stated speaking in spanish and said his name, when we where writing up the contract he started checking off all the extra boxes and did not ask me if i wanted those features, I told him' "hey i do not want those what are you doing?" He said "just cancelle them before your next bill. We get paid a commision on the new phones and new numbers for customers instead of transferring the numbers and for all the extras on the phone. But come in and deal with me and i'll remove them, do not call in, its better if we do it that way. That right here is or should have been proof to me what kind of people i am dealing with, and left, Only it did not really sink in until after i got home and called asap and cancelled all the extras. They aslo offer 5 dollar international calling, but only to land lines and they wanted to know the numbers i was going to call before i they gave me the international calling, and i had to give them the number it was dec and i needed to call family in europe and canada and once i got the feature i was told only landlines no cell phones if i wanted to call a cell phone i needed to get a calling card, whats point of the feature if its twice as hard and costs more, they are the biggest rip off ever
