Carl Haggerty and Robert Angona, the principals of (MJG Merchant Capital Group) are being sued "again" in NY civil court. Under their MJG banner, we were awarded a $5020.00 judgment in a suit filed in New York City in September 09. They have not paid the judgment.instead, they are now doing business under another umbrella (Madison M & A Capital Partners, Inc.) They propose that they "fund" start up companies. They have no money, or access to it. They are predators.
Any company with both, or either of these Two individuals should be avoided like poison. They are common thiefs and frauds. You can save yourself time and aggravation by simply understanding that they are out to STEAL your money if they can. If they are talking, they are lying!
We have filed all necessary documents and reports with the office of the NY Attorney General, and have received our file to keep updated.
We will repost after the next case against Haggerty personally is heard. Neither one showed up for the 1st court date. We suspect because they have no defense for stealing our money, and not funding the venture they agreed to. The next filing will be against Robert Angona personally.
