Carl Haggerty and Robert Angona of New York City have still not paid us after they ripped us off for $5000 deposit on a business transaction. They have lost 2 civil suits in court and we have judgments for both.
They continue to change their phone numbers and try to hide from their criminal past. If you ever seen these two peoples name on any business or opportunity, run the other way... They will STEAL your time and money.
They had 2 company (fronts), both of which do nothing. They propose they raise funds and invest in companies. Neither one of them can buy lunch...
