Robert Angona and Carl Haggerty received the legal notice from our attorney's, and of course, being the upstanding businessmen they are "they ignored it"! We were simply demanding the return of the partial deposit $5000.00 for closing the deal with them, 'WHICH THEY DID NOT CLOSE'. So after Eight (8) months of them lying to everyone in the deal, writing and breaching Two of their own contracts to fund, hiding from phone calls and emails, and generally just shedding the light on what a couple of real "CON ARTIST and CRIMINALS" really look like, we have filed the lawsuit against them personally, and their supposed banking company MJG. We have also filed a formal complaint with the office of the Attorney General in NY. DO NOT engage in any business or financial agreements with ROBERT ANGONA or CARL HAGGERTY. They are both a couple of FRAUD'S.
