Madison M & A Capital Partners, Inc., is a company in New York City operated by a couple of common criminals. Robert Angona and Carl Haggerty are thieves, liars and con men. We sued this company in NY civil court and won a judgment against them for $5020.00, for THEFT of security deposit. They have held these funds for over a year now without performing on their agreement, and after multiple request to return the funds. They have chosen instead to STEAL the money.
Most recently they engaged with a company called "Cash Flow Acquistions". This website has now been taken down, in some part to our efforts letting the principle financial backer be aware of who he was in business with, and in part to them writing bad checks to their partners, and generally not performing again.
Robert Angona and Carl Haggerty are crooks... They like to STEAL security deposits and rip people off. If you ever see their name associated with any business opportunity... Get away fast.
A forthcoming lawsuit is in process to sue them personally for "Breach of Contract". They will then not be able to hide behind the corporate vail, as they are now. STAY AWAY from Madison M & A Capital Partners, Inc.
