Mr. Haggerty and Mr. Angona engaged in a contract in December to fund a start up venture. They again signed commitments to fund the company in January. They breached all contracts, did not fund. They were paid a closing deposit of $5000.00. After multiple request for refund they have refused. They consistantly are not responsive to phone calls or emails. They are hiding. Through a series of phone conversations and emails early on, they continued to asert that the funding would happen anytime. They are liars and thieves. Do not do business with them.
