This will provide information into the dealings of the 2 people listed in our subject line. Carl Haggerty, currently or formally engaged in business with Williamson Picket Gross in NY City, and Robert Angona. They accepted a $5000 secuity deposit and breached 2 seperate written and signed agreements to fund our client business. These agreements were made in December. They still have not funded the business, or after numerous demands, have they returned our $5000 deposit. They have chosen to STEAL it. They were sued in NY civil court in September of and a judgment was awarded us against MJG Merchant Capital Group for $5020. You will see this company below with Angona, misspelled "Angina" as the principal. They have opened a new company, "Madison M & A Capital Partners". This business would also propose to do funding. You will notice the primary here as Carl Haggerty... Www.madisoncapinc.com, 212-557-9760. These Two people are common thieves and frauds. We gave them multiple opportunities to return our deposit before taking action. They simply ignored it. Who knows how many other people have been the beneficiary of there criminal actions. All efforts should be taken to shine the light on this type of scam and fraud, where people like this engage in such activity. It is not, and should not be about the dollar amount involved, but the fraud and theft committed, and the potential for them to continue this type activity.
