We were contacted about selling our condo. The sales representative stated that our condo had a buyer. We needed to close the deal by putting down $2,000.00 toward the title transfer. We paid the amount and were told that we would receive money for our condo within 30 days. It never materialized. We contacted the company. They kept putting us off. The sales rep. Said we need to request our money back in writing. We sent a certified letter requesting our money back. They never responded.
