We've used RPM for about 1 and 1/2 years and are really happy. They do condo inspections including a furnace filter change as well as checking for maintenance issues. It makes both our condo and tenant safer.
Everyone at RPM have been courteous and helpful. I either phone or email.
*Please note owners pay HOA fees and deal with them. I contacted each HOA making sure they know RPM are the group managing our condos.
