Today is December 17 and since December 9th I have been without heat in my apartment. The temperature in California has been extremely cold. Actually, I have been without heat for quite awhile (*approx 3 months) but didn't want to be bothered with the landlord so I didn't say anything. Not that the temperature has dropped I reported and he told me to call the gas company which I did on Monday December 7th, The next night I came home and it wouldn't work again, I call him and he said to call the gas company again. I did and they came out again.By now obviously something is wrong with it and each time I come home it doesn't work. I called him and told him again on December 9th. He said he would take care of it. On December 15th I called again and he finally had someone come fix it on December 17. This is not the first time that he has neglected something in my apartment and I have had to go without, but most times I don't feel like being bothered with him so I don't say anything. But when it starts affecting my living situation I call him.
The faucet in the tub had corrosion from the water and was slitting and had water shooting out from it. I complained for months about that. When I had a friend come fix a window for me, I again told Marvin about the tub and he decided to fix it then since my friend was there.in the kitchen sick the faucet has corrosion and is leaking and squirts all over the place. This too I have reported and nothing has happened. There are stray cats that live in the car port area that everyone complains about because they scratch the cars and he does nothing. When you first turn on the water it is brown for about two minutes, because the pipes are extremely old. I am sure that can not be good for my health.
