I ordered a part a month ago and paid extra to haveit express shipped. When my part did not arrive whenit was supposed to I called and they said they had not placed the order and refunded my addational shipping cost and assured me my part would still be express shipped. When the part did not arrive again I called and was told my part was on back order. I then cancelled myorder as I found the part elsewhere and had it the next day. This was two and a half weeks ago and I can't get sears to credit my 275.00 back to me. They keep telling me 5-7 days. I'm not a freakin bank - I WANT MY MONEYBACK!!!
