We rented a car for the weekend, into the 2nd day we have a accident, cars totaled. We contacted insurance comp.&car rental.insurance comp. Says don't worry we will take care of it, meanwhile the car rental does nothing. 3 weeks later I get a phone call from car rental (Dave) I need my money for the car I don't care if its the holiday I not going wait for the insurance. I will take 5,000 dollars from you when i get through with you. So a few days go by I go to bank and withdrawl money and I have a negative in my bank account, so wait I call the bank and they tell me I had a 1684.00 dollar debit card transaction!!! You have to be kidding me I don't even have 1600.00 dollars in my bank account, so I ask them how could this happen when I did authorize anyone to use my credit card, they said they did me a courtesy!!! What!!! I call my insurance company Diane and I explain what was going on she tells me the he has called her being very sharp about his money for the car, so she tells me and sends me an email on the deal they worked out with Car rental they they would pay half of storage&towing and total the car out. OK so I say he just got payed twice once from me ane once from insurance comp. So now I have the bank asking for there money because they screwed up and my credit that I was cleaning up is even worse!!!
