Unauthorized deductions of $14.95 from bank account for 12 months

I purchased several items last year at Christmas time. During the internet buying process I was asked to be in the Lillian Vernon Rewards program. There was no indication that I would be charged, on my credit card, for this service.

All other reward programs I am in do not charge for this service.
