B of a and bac and ginnie mae burglar crooks lie to try & take r home

Ack in march 09, my employment was to be ending in luly due to budget cuts. Trying to be pro-active, I contacted my lender at that time (taylor bean & whitaker) and asked for any homeowner relief, under the new obama administrations aomeowner affordability and stability plans; keep in mind i did this before i lost my job. I was told that i need to complete an affidavit of hardship, in order to start the process and send in proofs of financials. I sent all info in as asked in april 09. I waited 90 days and never rec'd a response. I called tb&w to follow up. I was told that the only way they would help me with relief; was if i was 90 days past due.
I asked cheryl johnson (my negotiator) if she was telling me that the only way we qualified, was by not paying the mortgage for 3 months? Cheryl stated that yes, thats the only way tb&w would offer us assistance. Now at this point i'm jobless. I had taken another position with another company. But was later terminated due to having a flaw that arose on my background check. So, now i have become not only jobless, but i'm ineligible for unemployment benefits. So, it tell cheryl johnson with tb&w, that i will go ahead and follow her advice and not pay the mortgage for 90 days as per her advisement. But i tell her that i dont see how that is suppose to help me.
At the beginning of the 90 days, i rec'd notification from BAC (bank of america countrywide), that they had just acquired / purchased my loan. I called them asap, and asked if they were aware that i was in process for a modification / forbearance program and or hamp program... Something to help lower my payments temporarily until i could find employment? I was told no, and that i had to pre-qualify and apply all over again. So, i went through all that and faxed over all documents. I was told that in 2 wks i would hear something by phone from a b of a (bac) rep. I waited for 2 wks, and heard nothing. I called back to inquire.
I was then told i would hear something in 30 days; then 60 days; then 90 days; and lastly 120 days. During all this time i repeatedly contacted bac / b of a to find out what the status was on my loan. Each time i was told that the underwriter was reviewing my file, but that i had been approved for a forebearance according to the underwriters notes. After the constant runaround and never any real outcome answer to my request for help, i contacted green path, a government agency. They tried to intervene and call in as a 3 way conference call. But after 45 minutes of getting dinked around, and bad connections with bac / b of a, the green path rep was no longer able to assist me. He did tell me what my rights were, and took down some financial information (that was on 11/04/09). He urged me to continue to be in contact and make attempts to speak with someone at bac / b of a. I did.
Finally i was told that my negotiators name was edith cunningham, and that she was still reviewing my documents for my forbearance. That rep told me that i should try to make any small form of payment that i could, to show good faith attempts to bac / b of a. So i did.in october we made a $1200.00 payment. Well, yesterday, i rec'd a notice of default letter on my door. I called bac / b of a right away. They told me that i needed to call the number on the default letter and let them know that my home is in modification process, so that they stop my home from being in the active foreclosure status. So i did. I called them and told them just that. They told me that this was incorrect. And that i needed to call bac / b of a back. So i did.
Then i was finally told that i was denied assistance back in september of 09. I asked why i had never rec'd anything stating this. The rep told me that by law, they are not required to notify clients when they are denied. She stated that it's the clients responsibiity to call in and fnd this information out. But that's exacty what i have been doing for months, but was being told other things. I asked her why that was. She could not tell me. I then asked her what the purpose was in having mip insurance, if they don't allow it to kick in when a homeowner has a loss in income and employment? She told me that she didn't even know what MIP was.
I explained that its mortgage insurance premiums that a homeowner pays, so in case of a job loss the mip kicks in and pays payments for 12 months; but then a lien is placed on the home, umtil the debt has been paid in full, and the clients get back on their feet. The rep still had no clue what i was speaking about. I asked her on what basis was i denied? Because according to the online survery of the secretary of treasury and the oboma administrations homeowner plans, i do qualify. She told me that i could re-apply if i wanted and they would go over my financials again. But that was the best she could do. I asked her again what on what basis i was denied. She said she didn't know.
I asked her if i could speak to someone who did know. She said that the case notes indicate that the only person who can help me is my negotiator edith cunningham. But of course edith was out of the office. I would have to call back tomorrow to speak with her. I told her i would like to reapply again then, if that's my only options. She said that i would need all my information all over again. I told her i would call back tomorrow with it. When tomorrow came and i called back no one knew or could find out whom the rep mellisa was or even who edith cunningham was, as their names were not on the employee directory. Hmmm, how convenient is that! So now i'm almost 6 months past due, and b of a / bac refuses to help with any hamp program, any partial claims program, any forebearnce program etc.
They have acted as a burgler in their lying, sneaking back stabing murderous way! All they want to do is force good paying taxpayers and citizens of this country out of their homes! Even though we still have income coming in. WOW! Guess obama's law for homeowners seems to be a lye and a joke; since nothing can be done to help my family and i save our home. The irony of all this is; i started this process even before i lost my job, and still ended up getting no help! Wish there was some hope for my family of 4.
