I ordered a arrangment online with this company it was a purple present with green ribbon. Paid everything online got my conformation and felt alright. I get a call the next morning with a lady saying to give her a call. I called the next morning and she tells me that the internet price was wrong and that she wants to charge me more. I said no I will just go somewhere else and find something else. She then said that she would do the arragment for me because it was on the internet like that. I called the following day to make sure everything was ok and that the payment went through and what time the arragmnet would be showing up. The lady confirmed she recieved it. When they delieverd the arrangment my mom called and asked me what it was. She sent me a picture and the supposed to be present looked like a basket ball with a green ribbon on the top. I am a florist and I understand flower arrangments can not be perfect matched but square and circle I believe should be at least met. I called the shop and asked why the arrangment was round the lady was very rude and said that it was not. I asked for my money back and she told me she knew I would be a problem when she called and asked for more money and told me that I was a problem. I told her that it wouldn't have been a problem if she didn't try to cheap out to save money. She hung up on me and I called back and let her know that if I did not receive my money I would be reporting her to Iripoff.com. And told her to have a good day. About 3 hours later a man calls saying he is the owner and he saw the flower arrangment and he thought it was gourgus. I told him that I was glad he called that I was very upset with the results and that I would like my money back. He said he believe he doesn't need to give me my money and that the arrangment is perfect and said that if he talked to my mom that she would have said it was wonderful. I let the man know that my mom is the one who told me to get my money back. I told him he needs to give me all my money back or I will get other people invovled. I find out that they go to my moms work and take the flower arragmnet away from her with out giving me my refund! I hope no one goes there they all have very low customer service skills and need to relieze that if the customer is not happy you need to fix it or give there money back.
