Start with providing the service I pay for. - Cell phone

I have been a slave to TMobile for approx. 3 yrs now and since Aug I have had to endure up to 600 contacts being loaded and reloaded on my phone then duplicated online with My Tmobile.in the beginning I was told that I had evidently loaded the same numer and name in a different format ie, with a dash or dot different. After hours of deleting on both I discovered that while I was deleting their system was synchronizing and duplicating as fast as I could delete. Fast forward almost 1 year and literally 20-30 hours on the phone with customer non-service I began my, for lack of a better word.."assault" on the inept personell that has been ducking and dodging the obvious. TMobile has in no way a clue about what their system is or is not capable of doing. Other than wasting the customers time and frustrating them to the point of giving up and paying the bill for fear of their service cancellation and collections dept. WELL I DO NOT ACCEPT DEFEAT THAT EASILY

I am now tracking another issue that ALL Customers should be aware of BEFORE signing up with this company,

Content Gateway Issue:

Customers who have the Family Allowances feature are not able to receive Content Gateway (COGA) AkA SMS messages. All COGA short codes including the Google short code (46645) will not work at this time. Support teams are engaged and working to find a resolution for this issue. At this time there is no estimated time of resolution.

Action Steps:

Inform customers who wish to add Family Allowances that all COGA short codes including Google short codes will not work at this time.

Do not file help desk tickets for this issue as engineering is already aware and working on a solution.

This an email response I got from the help desk after 6 months of weekly calls during which I spent more than another 20-30 hours on the phone explaing the same thing over and over.

At this time I have been told that I am able to use all the services I am paying for since text messaging and SMS are really the same thing according to the financial wizard I spoke to after being told by Tier 3 tech support that they were not really the same but used similar??? Data transfer protocols. Whatever... All I asked was for them to figure out what SMS was costing me for 4 lines and deduct that amount from my bill until such time as they can make it work, since it worked when I signed up for the service, including the "family allowance" plan. And this person actually laughed at me... The fight continues and now I am looking for more than just a few dollars off my bill.

Ever heard the saying "Like wrestling with a pig in mud?" The dirtier they get the more they like it... Well Im feeling a lot like the pig at this point. If nothing else I will tie up the lines so that everybody calling into C/S is mad as I am, I know thats not right but what else can you do to them... Not much...
