Wireless Ripoff charge me for PICTURE MESSAGES I never sent or received for more than 3 months

TMobile charged me with about 600 pictures messages in three months that I never sent or received! I called several times and they did several investigations but TMobile still insisted in charging me incorrectly over $180 dollars for pictures messages. I only received email text messages and sent text messages to an email but TMobile is charging me these Email messages as Picture messages, that's wrong!!! They are Ripping off customers!!! You will find that in the page LEARN ABOUT SERVICES in the second paragraph you will find a statement that says:

With text messaging you can:
Stay in touch with all your friends, make plans, share a thought, or just say HI!
Send a message to virtually any text capable phone even to friends and family that are not T-Mobile customers.
Send a text message to any e-mail address. And friends can send an e-mail to your phone's own e-mail address: [email protected]

If you or some one knows how or where to go to complain about this abuse and rip off that Tmobile is doing against me and may be against others please let me Know I will appreciate your help.
