It is time Tmobile customers unite against Tmobile who lets mobispin charge $9.99 to our accounts every month for unwanted data usage with no other solution to the problem than to sign up for a service costing $4.95 a month. Given the number of complaints about this very issue from many Tmobile users on this website and others, I recommend that all customers gather in a class action suit as it has to be illegal for tmobile to expose customers to organized scams such as this one. I will on my end seek legal advice on this matter.
