I purchased one 1.5 ton split Air conditioner from Sri Sai Enterprises, through CSD canteen on 28.04.2009. Suddenly from the First week of this month (August) the A/C was not working. I made a complaint to 18001809999.
I got an advice to contact Mr. Madhavan, mobile No: 96777090805.
When I contacted, he came on next day and told that Condenser is to be changed. After that he did not turn up to my house. Even though I made repeated complaint to the above said numbers (including to Mr. Jagdish, mobile no: 9884712128) my A. C is not yet (30.08.2009 1300Hrs) repaired or even bouthered to make an attempt to repair. I am unable to repair in my own since the product comes under warranty. Whenever I try to contact Mr. Madhavan, his mobile is switched off. Now I am fed up with your service, and feel not to purchase any LG products in future. This type of poor, irresponsible service is to be brought to the knowledge of CSD officials and (General) the public. I do not know that this type of problem comes only for me or a general problem.
However you are requested to look in to it seriously.
