I want to inform you that your service is not up to mark. I am from muzaffarpur in bihar. I have purchased a mobile samsung corby plus. It got switched off by itself. It was in warranty. So, i gave it in your company's service centre in muzaffarpur at harishabha chowk. I submitted my mobile there on 30/05. They called me after 2 days. Then they said you take it after 3 days because it was not repaired. Then after i went there. They said mobile is repaired but software is not running. Then they said come after 2 days. When i camecame there they said me that mobile is sent to company. It will come after 15 days. When i came after more than 15 days. The mobile had't came. Wat a poor service
