I bought a 3.99 trial offer for tooth whitening on the internet to try out, then was away with health problems for sometime. On my return I found the trial and one other packet had arrived, but on my bank statements when they turned up I had been charged for the trial and two further deliveries of 59.99 and 51.98 within two weeks of each other.
Luckily for me my bank had smelled a rat and blocked further requests for money, but now have had to cancel my card and issue a new card. They told me to contact and confront these people to get my money back, but trying their email addresses has got no reply and there is no fax or phone number on their invoices. I definitely need a refund for the one that did not turn up, and have not opened the other full-price delivery but cannot get any contact to arrange it's return - sure as hell not sending it back without communication from them as I think it would just disappear without refunding me.
I am going to see if my bank can do anything, cannot afford a lawyer to help out, but meantime people out there should know these guys are hiding behind the internet and raiding people's accounts - DON'T touch them if you see their internet ads as you may get stung!
