On 4-11-10 I ordered a trial of Everbrite. On 4-13-10 I was charged. 12 cents international fee. $3.87 s&h fee. On 4-15-10 I was charged $87.47 for the full price. I was also charged an international transaction fee of $2.62
They started charging all this before they even shipped out the trial shipment. When I seen this on my bank statement I notified them right away. My bank and Everbright.
I talked to a supervisor who said they were very sorry it was an error on their part and they would reverse the charges right away. I would have my money back within 5-10 days. He even gave me a reference number. Well I waited and called back on the 4-30-10 and was told they would put a red flag on it. Again they were sorry.
I have also been charged $40.00 from some other internet site that when I did a little investigating of my own found that it was coming off Everbrite site also.
