You sign in to their site, then put in sensitive information thinking you are getting a trial of tooth whiteners for shipping of 3.95.. Then if you do not cancel within 14 days you will be charged 99. And change plus shipping for a total of 106.95... I put in for my free trial 2/21/06 and before it got anything in mail.
I was charged the 3.95.. Then on approx. 2/24/06 i was charged the 106.95.. I have gotten two packages from them they refuse to refund my money. Now my bank is going to help me i have copies of all correspondence with them at NOVAPOINTE. Where whiter over night is dispensed i shipped back 2 unopened packages and requestes a refund. I want to know how to get this company to shut down or offer refunds... WE NEED HELP!!! First time in 10 years on internet i have been scammed!!!
