I too sent off for the "free trial" for the above listed two products. I received a confirmation e mail stating that the shipping and handling charges for each would amount to CAD 3.95, but was charged CAD 6.71 for each on Aug 13. On Aug 31 my mastercard statement reflected two additional charges of CAD 132.81 each. On phoning the company I was told that the "small print" when I signed up for the trial activated a subscription. I immediately cancelled the subscription but have to date received neither a refund or the said product.
