Allegiant-Worst Customer Service - Flight

We've flown Allegiant a number of times between Orlando-Sanford and Gulfport, MS as we enjoy going to the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. My daughter also live there. We have yet to have a good experience, but they were the only non-stop from the Orlando area. I made a reservation for my daughter & granddaughter on Sunday January 4 from Biloxi to Orlando. She was in line to check in 45 minutes before flight time with 10 other people. Allegiant refused to come to the counter to give them boarding passes saying they had to work a flight upstairs! They contract help at each airport so you are at their mercy, there is NO kiosk because they do everything mannually (hello?) they had plenty of time to allow these folkd to board. One family was going to a funeral on Monday. Gulfport is a blink of an eye airport. And try to book another flight??? Who knew it was their last our of Biloxi. Closed. Finished! No wonder they didn't care. Take the money from 10 people and run! Try to complain? They will give you a Post Office Box to write to! But here's the physical address for those of you who want to complain. It is a small office in a strip center at 3301 N. Buffalo Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89129 There's another address at 8360 S. Durango Dr. The President (Maurice Gallagher) was a founder of ValuJet. Remember them??? Went down in the Everglades. They were carrying unauthorized oxygen tanks that bew the plane up. Need I say more??? Don't fly them! They're miserable!
