I've had three negative experiences with allegiant and I keep thinking maybe it will get better, NOPE! From delays, maintenance problems, to water truck backing into our plane I am done! We were delayed 4 hrs for our departure flight to Vegas because of mechanical issues. The flight gets to Vegas at 1am no biggy cause the city never sleeps right? So our return flight was scheduled for 530 but told to be there by 4 to get threw security. At 4:30 when our flight should be loading I decide to check the flight monitor and see that our flight now reads 8:50 pm. They have not an founded it so a few of us ask an attendant what the deal is and she explains its true, they had flown our plane off to Detroit hours before this time which means they clearly knew we would be delayed but did not notify or post on website being that most of us checked before heading to the airport. So 7:45 rolls around and "our plane" shows up the people get off the plane they load our luggage it's 8:30 by now we still haven't boarded but notice them removing our luggage from plane but were confused and surprised cause as far as we knew we were boarding then they tell us we can't board that plane anymore so they tell us to go to another gate and were taking that plane instead we wait til 9:30 they told us they were waiting on catering to keep us quiet ppl are pissed by this time so they finally tell us they don't have the paperwork to permit us to fly and it could be 15 more min. We wait still pissed and then they tell us were loading in 5 min. Ppl are cheering in excitement when only 10 min later were told the plane has maintenance problems and they have to wait for maintenance and they don't know when we will be leaving... By 10:30 we finally boarded and left. Alot of upset customers that won't return. What a shame... SHAME ON YOU ALLEGIANT! Lying to us for 5 hrs who knew what the real reason was for our five hour delay but sure it wasn't a good reason not weather or broken plane. You suck!!!
