Complaint / Review
Allegiant Airlines
Refused boarding pass 40 min prior to flight time. Already checked in (2 hrs prior)

1) Flight from Fort Wayne: sat in airplane for 75 minutes waiting for jet bridge to be retracted. Flight was otherwise as expected.

2) Return to Indiana:
Checked in online in Phoenix 4 hours prior, then arrived to pick up boarding pass (4 customer service reps standing there) — refused the boarding pass. Given reasoning that "she is not here 1 hour prior to the flight".

Name was called from boarding area (see — we're checked in!). Now 30 min remaining...

Upon quickly checking the website, it states and we restated to them:
terms-and-conditions:
"... You must check in at the ticket counter or online at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time; if you do not, your reservation for that flight is subject to cancellation without refund.
Boarding will be closed out 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure."

We had checked in several hours early, and had 40 minutes to get the pass and through security (no line at Mesa). Refused Refused Refused. (One other passenger also rejected).

Attempted rational discussion — refused. Reminded me of stories of Nazi Germany.

May be Allegiant or WFS employees (only 1 Allegiant employee in Mesa Airport, "Station Manager")

Customer Service called immediately. Waited 54 minutes of mobile minutes burning up (we're not unlimited). Not sure what to expect... Darn, rejected again.

Told to "Contact Us" through website.
