For 3 weeks I have been trying to get help from Dell Customer SErvice on a 720 printer. This has been a very frustrating experience. They have set many phone appts. Which they haven't kept. Often it is very hard to understand their reps.in the end they have told me they will not help me with this printer (even though they tried some in the middle of this mess to do so). I strongly advise people advoid Dell products.
