Cancelled my shell credit card after 10 yrs of on time payment

After using a Shell Credit Card for over 10 years with payment always on time and for more than minimum payment, Citibank decided to close my account and cancell my card based on a negative credit score due to an accident leaving me in the hospital for almost a year. I called and explained to Citibank but the woman answering the phone stated that it didn't matter and that anyone who had a low credit score, no matter what the reason would be cancelled. I promptly told her that since I was unable to make payments on the other cards I had I would now be unable to make payments on this one.
