We have been a Citibank / Sears Card customer for 11 years, and never missed a payment. We would make cash payments at Sears when we paid the credit card off. Citibank, without notice or warning canceled our card and the reason stated was because we paid the card off with cash.in other words we were canceled becuase we made payments. When asked why they said because it "looked unusual". We also lost over 15,250 rewards points, this card stole from us and are getting away with it.
