NCO Financial Systems
Received Collection Ltr Re. Capitol One, Requesting 50% of $1769.98. Never had Account/Debt they claim

I received a collection letter from NCO Financial Systems requesting payment for a Capitol One Bank Account in Richmond, Va. 23276 in the amount of $1769.98
I never had any account with Capitol One, nor has any family member.
They claim creditor will accept $884.99 (50% discount) to settle immediately.

I paid NCO Financial $92.00 (Charges from my former Bank America Account) which was a valid debt for Service Charges in March. NCO has never removed this from my credit reports, after requesting their help 6 times.
They just ignore me. I question their business integrity.
