Capitol Management Services send us a letter trying to collect on a ten year old account. We send two letters requesting Capitol to validate the account according to F.C.R.A. Requirements. We recieved another demand letter to pay the accountand offered a settlement for less than full amount.
We sent Capitol Management another certified letter (number 2) with return receipt required. We were not contacted again, but Capitol Management has contiued to list this debt on credit bureau records. We cannot get it deleted not validated.
