I ordered a pair of flip flops online with shop flip flops back in August of these were a pair of swarovski havainas that were $77 and needed for my wedding. When i got the order, it was the wrong size and i contact shop flip flops to organize an exchange. It took nearly 4 weeks for someone to get back to me and they agreed to an exchange and gave me an address in texas to return them to, i did this immedialty. It's now June and i never got my flip flops and they have not given me my money back. So i'm down over $100 and have nothing to show for it! I have contacted Kent dozens of times via e-mail as he refused to deal with this over the phone. He responds to maybe 1 out of every 10 e-mails i send. I have given him all my order details and provided him with a chain of e-mails which shows the pain i've gone through to try and get this sorted. I dont understand how it can be so hard! It's too late to have these flip flops sent to me as my wedding was 4 months ago. When i returned from my wedding i asked for a refund and i still dont have this! Its terrible, how can a company operate like this and get away with it? It makes me so sad to think that the hardest part of organizing a wedding was trying to get a pair of flip flops! I will never order anything from them again and i'll make sure to do my research before ordering online in the future.
