Recently i ordered a pair of flip flops for my son along with some underamour headbands for my daughter... I received the flip flops dissapointed my sons feet had grown! The head bands were on back order and said to ship within the next two weeks, i wanted to exchange the sandals for a different size and used the label provided to mail back the sandals, still No headbands! I received an email stating the flip flops were out of stock and i would recieve a refund, i noticed on my credit card a return amount of 18.00 for sandals i paid 24.99 for... I was told by EASTBAY that i had used the "smartlable" and that i was charged 6.99 for my return! Ugh! Sooooooooo NO sandals... NO headbands (which are backordered till lord only nows how long)
I can gaurentee i will NEVER do any online catalog shopping with this company again!!!
People complain about the price of gas these days... How about the price of shipping off the internet!!!
