Have called twice each time over ten minute wait. Had account supposedly closed Monday, calls to cell phone still happening Tuesdsay. Called again Tuesday and was hung up on after waiting on hold 10 minutes. When I ordered product, a gentleman called to confirm my shipping address, etc. I clearly asked him if this would be anything other than the sample trial, he said no. Unless of course I wanted to continue I could let them know at the end of my 30 day trial (or before). Seven days after receiving product, credit card company called and said there were several attempts (at least 3) to my card for 89.99. The gentleman that called me in the beginning said that if I wanted to renew it would be 30 dollars a month. Very frustrating, now I have blocked their calls from my cell phone. The phone number they use is 305-800-1000.
