I found the car I wanted on their internet site and call Nora Smith several times to verify car available and do the credit work up. I then set an appointment for the next day and called before leaving and driving 55 miles to meet with her and was told the car was there and ready for a test drive. I arrive she keeps me waiting then pushes me off to Eddie a male when I wanted her only. I am then told the car is not mechanically sound and they refuse to let me test dive it. Then they show me another car won't discuss the price and insist I do a test dive. I did and the car did fine.
The 1st car was $5k in my budget. They have me do a credit application for both me and my spouse who is at work. Then come back to pressure me into a $13k car they can offer for $10,200. At

I keep my cool and tell them after 30 min of pressure I legally can't do this without my spouse and leave.
I call back to complain and a 3rd party tells me the original car had already been sold prior to me arriving. I advised I saw the car and was told it was not mechanically sound.
I requested the manger call me back and no call. So 110 mile drive and gas wasted.
