Prime Financial - Fidelity International
Sent $4270 check to say I won lottery and to use check for taxes

Received letter in mail on 3/16/09. Letter stated that I had won lottery. Check enclosed in envelope written for $4,270. I was to call their phone number (647-869-5356) before I cashed the check and used it to pay taxes on the North American claims affiliate for the remittance of my fund.

It stated that I will receive the balance of my winning after the applicable taxes were paid. It also stated that the fees are payable via a tx agent at all Western Union/money gram locations.

The letter also stated that i do not attempt to use the check until I called the above phone number.

I tore up the check and threw away the letter

The letter also stated that my name was randomly select by the computer data base of our North American department and as such emerged as a winner with other 200 declared winners in the 10th category. I was therefore a winner of the sum of $250,000.00 USD. This was from total prize of $87 million USD.
