On April 19th I received a letter notice of being a winner of USA Lottery Sweepsakes Million Dollar Drawing in the sum of US $250,000.00. Enclosed with the letter is a check in the sum of $3,952.96 payable to me. (However at the bottom of the check it stated that two signatures required over $50,000. Only one signature appeared threon.) This check was provided to help pay taxes, Insurance, Handling, and Shipping fees.
