Yep. What makes a short line of people snail on? Credit card and rewards card sign up sheets. They get new prospectors to sign up right at the tills usually after the cashier has rung up all their purchases. These sheets takes about 10 minutes to fill out and the cashier doesn't tell the prospector to move aside or come back when it's filled out. Adnd quite often, there are only 2 or 3 tills open. There isn't even sufficient counter space to put down your stuff.
Another problem they have is their lack of help staff. It's like a ghost own much of the time and your forced to ask for help from a another shopper or announce help yourself on their speakers.
They are also highly unorganized.
