I received a statement from AT&T in December. Noticed a large increase in the bill. I looked closer and there was a company named and a charge. I called the company after being advised by AT&T, that was the next step to be taken. I called the company in January right when I received the statement. They cancelled the charge and gave me a confirmation #.
I have called the company a few times and they gave me a mailing address. I could not obtain and email address or phone number for corporate, which in itself is rather fishy. I will try to get the 85.89 credited. It only showed up on one statement. I cannot believe they altered my voice at the end. You can tell.
