I bought some clubs advertised at 169.99 with free shipping. I rec'd an email charging my account $189.99. When I called to complain, the person wouldn't identify himself, then he said his name was "Joe". I asked about the charge and he said it was "handling" charges. I told him that no one ever told me that I would be charged the $20.00 and he credited me for the difference. I then asked to speak to a manager or the owner, but he said he was the only one there. I rec'd an email fro Brian Meyer ("BM")
who I am sure is also "Joe" with the credit. I would never do business with this company again and would advise anyone else to find another supplier!
