I went shopping with a 1,3, 4 and 16 year old. Due to a ruptured disk i used the motor cart and my so use the regular carts. 3 employees followed us around chating and never said a thing to us. Twice my 4 years old tried to run off and i called him back, not yelling. My 16 year old complained the whole time. My 4 year old accidently wet his pants and was embarissed. We got done and went to the check-out. I spent 730 dollars and as i was leaving the manager said i was banned for life due to she said i was yelling at my kids, my son run off back in december and my kid pee'ed on the floor. I called the district manager he then claimed i was baned for yelling, cussing and throwing things at the assosicates. (which wasn't true after all the police were there if i had i'd be in jail.) he also said my kids and i were trowing things in th iale again no way i tried to ask him to look at the cameras. So he said he'd call the manager again and get back to me. 10 minutes later he called and this time it was because he said i yelled and cussed out the cashier who helped me to my car. Again a lie i was in the van my son and the guy loaded the car i was on the phone with 1-800 walmart. I even told them that the cashier was very helpful nice and was the high point of the visit no way would i have said a negative thing to him. He also said my son jumped on the yogurt poping them open. He also stated he listened to both side and found me to be wrong. But yet he barely listened to anything i said he kept cutting me off and wouldn't even consider looking at the camera tape to verify who was right. The reasons i was banned changed 3 times. 3 employees were around us the whole time and yet never said we were a nuisance. I've shopped there for 10 year and never ever had a complaint. My kids were very good that morning and as for my 4 year old peeing he didn't mean to it was an accident which happens sometimes at 4. We offered to clean it up and they said no we'll get a mop.
