I bought two cash registers from Letterfolders.com. I live in Canada and I had them sent to Vermont where I went to pick them up. I paid for them by Visa. My Visa card was overcharged $40. One cash register was defective. I received a RMA from the company and sent it back.
I paid for a replacement cash register which I received. I never received my refund of $160 for the cash register which I returned nor my $40 overcharge nor my $20 shipping fee when I returned the defective machine. Christopher Corday has spoken to me a number of times on the phone and has promissed to send me the money he owes me but has never done so.
He claims to have sent me my refund to the shipping address in Vermont which he also admits was returned to him. He has had my mailing adress here in Canada for at least 8 months. I have sent him numerous e-mails. He ignores them. The matter went to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey at which time he agreed to send me my money. He has not done so. I will continue to pursue him and his company.
