Ok the story in short, I opened a new store in London, ON and I want to save money as much as I can since the store cost too much. I went to ebay and bought a cash register (Brand new) price 399.99 shipping $70. I got the cash register after 2 weeks, there was a hardware problem with it (the price panel dose not work) Called them back they said ok ship it back to us and we will send you a replacement. I told them No I already waited for 2 weeks and I can't Waite any more. I will go and buy one locally and you send me a refund. Chris Corday said that it is fine and he will refund the money shipping. So I shipped the cash register back to him as requested. And I did not her back from him ever since. Every time I call him he say I will send you a check soon after a month there was nothing... Contact ebay theory told me it passed 45 days they will not accept to help me. Contact PayPal the same thing... Called him and asked him again and here did not do any good... I told him that I will take it to court. He said BE MY GUEST... Since I'm a Canadian citizen it is very hard for me to open a case on a guy in different country.
Simply I lost it... Never ever trust this bastard.
